DOESBURG - A 2-year-old child died on Friday evening after falling into the water at the Goudenregenstraat in Doesburg (Gelderland, the Netherlands). The police confirm reporting about this by Omroep Gelderland.

Earlier in the evening, the police distributed a report via Burgernet to look for the missing child. Police then received a report of a person in the water. The child was found in a pond and has been resuscitated, but to no avail, a spokesperson said.
